We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help us deliver exceptional, user-centered experiences as we reshape the future of compliance.
What you will do:
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and other key stakeholders to craft intuitive, world-class user experiences for our customers.
- Dive deep into customer needs, using both qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions and deliver impactful solutions.
- Drive product discovery through rapid prototyping, user testing, and iteration to validate new ideas and features.
- Streamline design processes to accelerate product development, reduce iteration time, and enhance the overall quality of our user interfaces.
- Help shape the Minerva Design System and maintain our component library, ensuring consistency and scalability across our platform.
What we’re looking for:
- Expertise in Product Design: You have advanced experience in UI/UX design with a strong command of Figma. You’ve led design on complex, B2B products and have a portfolio that demonstrates a track record of delivering elegant, functional solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: You’ve worked hand-in-hand with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders in a fast-paced startup environment. You excel at translating customer insights into actionable design solutions.
- Customer-Centric: You put the user first. You’re skilled in gathering feedback, conducting user research, and translating insights into thoughtful, practical designs.
- Design Leadership: You bring a strategic mindset, influencing not only the design but the overall product direction. You’re a natural leader, capable of guiding both the design process and the development of team members.
